About the event
On the menu are Lamb Raan, Chicken Ruby, and a vegetarian option of Mattar Paneer (a vegetarian curry), along with Basmati Rice, Black Daal, Spiced corn on the cob, and Chapatis, followed by a chilli chocolate mousse. The dishes will vary in spice level from mild to medium. Guests are welcome to arrive from 6:30 for pre-dinner drinks, with food service starting between 7 and 7:30. Each ticket includes one Aerocraft beer, which can be exchanged for a soft drink or a small glass of wine. The menu items are fixed and cannot be changed; guests will get to enjoy everything listed. Guests will be seated in large table format and food will be served in a sharing style - there will be plenty for everyone!
